The first Licentiate Minister of the Heart of Worship Restoration Center (October 30, 2005), Minister Bailey is the proud mother of 2 sons, Aaron and Saleem. She believes in the power of prayer and walks actively as an anointed prayer warrior. Having confirmation that prayer still works, prayer has become a passion and a lifestyle for her.

Minister Bailey is also an active Ministry Leader, serving as the leader of the WOW Prayer Table (Weapons of Warfare).

As a student of the Bible, she graduated from Manna Bible Institute in 1997 with a diploma in Christian Studies. Minister Bailey also desires to pursue further instruction in Biblical Studies.
