The Church That I See ...

  • I see a church whose function is not business as usual.
  • I see a church whose focus is Restoration.
  • I see a church who concentrates on developing the holistic man to spiritual maturity through biblical studies, home groups, small groups and prayer.
  • I see a church consisting of diffent ethnic cultures, worshipping together without any theological interruptions and thus modeling the church in Revelations 7:9-10: "After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: "Salvation belongs to our God, who sits onthe throne, and to the Lamb."
  • I see a church who carries a multiplicity of ministries, each one exemplifying a mission to reach a multitude.
  • I see a church involved in the incubation of new concepts, which would help employ those whom the world deemed unemployable, while also carrying out the ministry of Jesus Christ.
  • I see a church who is looking for a God encounter of the closest kind and not afraid of the outcome!
